Hibiscus Clay Face Mask - For Dry Skin
Hibiscus is known for it's high mucilage content, antioxidants, vitamin c, and beta- carotene. Mucilage = moisture, and hibiscus is a lovely plant to work with if your skin is needing extra moisture!
French Pink Clay is good for all skin types but is great for sensitive/dry skin. Unlike other clays, pink clay doesn't strip the oil barrier on your skin so you're not left feeling dry and irritated. It's also great for acne!
Oat Flour is a given! Oatmeal is known for it's calming/soothing abilities, especially for dry itchy skin.
Directions: Using spoon provided, scoop out 3-4 spoons (more or less depending on preference) of clay mask into a small bowl. Slowly (like, drip slow!) add warm water until all dry clay has been mixed and you've got a thick paste, but thin enough to spread. Apply to clean skin (after oil cleansing) and let dry approx. 15-20 minutes. Remove with warm cloth.
Alternatively you can mix your masks with apple cider vinegar, hydrasols, or plant infused water (aka a face tea!)
Ingredients: French Pink Clay, Hibiscus, Oat Flour | Approx. 2 oz.
